CG Mentorship is a personalized learning experience for 3D, VFX, and digital artists who want real progress — not just more tutorials.
It’s designed for those who are ready to take control of their growth, work directly with industry professionals, and build the skills and mindset needed to succeed in today’s CG industry.

Unlike traditional online courses, this program is built entirely around you — your goals, your current level, and your creative ambitions.
You’ll receive a custom roadmap, one-on-one feedback, and guidance from experienced mentors who work in real productions.

Whether you’re just starting your CG career or leveling up to senior and lead positions, this mentorship will give you the clarity, structure, and professional direction to make it happen.

Each student gets a custom learning path in the CG / VFX industry, designed around their specific goals (VFX, 3D, compositing, Unreal, 3d marketplaces, Fab, etc.).
It’s not a “course” — it’s a project-based mentorship program, where the student grows under direct mentor guidance while completing real production tasks.

Through the Internet, you can find a pile of lessons, courses, training, and articles, both free and paid. Free resources are highly popular and accessible to everyone. At the same time, they lack consistency, proper explanation, methodology, and do not follow one learning path. You can spend a great deal of time trying to achieve a result, whereas a person who has had proper training has already started working, utilizing the knowledge gained from both theory and practical experience.

By the end of this mentorship, you will have learned the fundamentals of the VFX industry by creating your own photorealistic portfolio from start to finish with easy follow-along videos.

Below are some video examples created by the author that you can use as a reference when learning.

The mentorship should have something for everyone, no matter the skill level. It is definitely well-suited to give newcomers a great base to build on while also having a little gem here and there for everyone who has done similar things for years already.

These mentorships are for you if you want to…

  • break into the VFX or animation industry and don’t know where to start;

  • You can start learning immediately after payment at any time.
  • You get direct feedback instead of generic comments.
  • Access to lessons can be obtained from anywhere in the world and take place at any convenient time.
  • In each session, you get homework – a real task in CGI. At the end of the course, you will collect your demo reel.
  • The tools are mastered in order of importance. From primary to secondary. Your goal is to develop the right mindset and skills that will produce more results in less time.
  • You build not just skills — but a professional identity in the CG world.

Program Structure

An individual program will be created for you based on your tasks and goals.

1. Diagnosis & Goal Setting

  • Initial 1:1 Telegram / Zoom session (or online assessment).

  • Evaluate the student’s level (junior/mid).

  • Define a goal, such as:
“Get hired by a studio,” “Build a professional showreel,” “Level up to senior UE/ 3d/ compositing artist,” “Passive income from Fab or Unity asset store,”  “Freelance,” etc.

  • Scheduling meetings.

2. Personal Roadmap

  • Based on the goal, the mentor creates an individual learning roadmap — a list of steps, exercises, tutorials, and production tasks.

  • Everything focuses on real skills, not abstract theory.

3. Weekly Production Sprints

  • Each week is a mini sprint: the student receives a task (e.g., shot compositing, lighting setup, FX simulation).

  • They complete it → receive detailed live feedback from the mentor.

  • At the end of each month, progress review and a roadmap adjustment.

4. Mentorship Calls

  • Weekly 60–120 min one-by-one live sessions/webinars.

  • Format: work analysis + artist mindset coaching (focus, creativity, decision-making, pipeline logic).

5. Real Project

  • The mentor gives the student a chance to work on a real project (short film, ad, demo shot) as an assistant or junior artist.

  • This builds real-world experience — deadlines, teamwork, and production-level feedback.

6. Portfolio & Career Building

  • Final phase: assistance with showreel building, LinkedIn, ArtStation, and Fab profiles.

  • Optional: Future strategy and personal branding in CG.

The school has been in business since 2012 and has trained over 1000 students in various fields. This new flagship program is suitable for both newcomers and our former students. I’ve strived to make it as useful and universal as possible for everyone.
